There is a train and too much noise. But eventually I got used to it during my one year stay, still it is noisy. I had problems with cockroaches, sometimes big ones come from balcony, small ones from under door or bathroom. You have to take down the garbage yourself. The staff is nice, also never had issues with elevators, not sure about other towers but I stayed in tower 2 View was nice from the unit too! but I never opened balcony doors because of the car noise and train.

My friend booked this place via airbnb thou no idea for the price but her feedback was good because she mentioned that the room rate was "sulit" for its features upon our arrival. The room is nice and cozy in its all white elegant paint and furniture. Good for 2-4 persons and perfect stay for a couple or a small family. There's a prepared shower towel and toiletries for 2. The kitchen has complete set of cooking utensils like electric kettle, electric stove, microwave and a mini-ref where you can store your beverages. There's a small convenience store at the ground floor as well as The Starbucks for the coffee-goers. You can also go for a walk or a swim on their pool and your guide will instruct you about it. We really had a comfy and goodnight sleep at this place. :)

Finally left after a couple of months stay. I'll list down why I gave this rating. -bug infested units(small roaches) -terrible elevators(only 2 at bldg 1) slow, mostly unserviceable, unhygienic -lobby won't accept deliveries -they ignore hygienic rules and inhabitants of the place are mostly Indians. I'm sorry, but I won't pretend and am not stereotyping as I have many indian friends, but the odor is too foul in most facilities especially the elevators. -the floor tiles in most areas are damaged which could lead to accidents. -because of the hygiene issues, I have not once use the pool which is too small for 3 buildings to share. -the guards are nice though, but are too strict- just not about hygene and ssfety. -Again, the elevators are worst. -I started having sleep problems cause of the Train noise which are around the building. (yes front and back)

Elevators have no exhaust so its suffocating when there are few passengers also most of the time only one is working.

I was there a few months ago with my husband . They never gave us our deposit . We proven we caused no damage .Their elevator constantly not working and it's hard for me because I'm pregnant and I have to climb until 11th floor 😔😥 …
